We know that small changes can sometimes make a big difference, and we can support you to make the changes that will work for you. We can offer you up to six FREE one-to-one sessions; so whether you want to quit smoking, lose weight or generally just feel better about life, we can help.

We are based in each change, grow, live venue every week.

Health Trainers helped me! Liz’s story

Liz was getting help from change, grow, live for alcohol use and depression. She wanted to lose weight and sought help from Health Trainer Rebecca. Rebecca said; “Liz wasn’t actually eating much at all, but she was drinking a lot of wine. She was attending Slimming World once a week and every time she went she weighed more than the previous week. I was able to talk to Liz about the amount of calories there are in the things she had been drinking and what the amount would be in food. She was amazed! We looked at a healthy eating plan and as her alcohol cravings subsided, her appetite came back. Liz no longer suffers with depression and she eats and enjoys regular healthy meals and has not had an alcoholic drink for over a year. She has improved confidence in everything she does and continues to be motivated by the changes she is making.
